In one word the main character Michael (who is also telling the story) is lost and confused. He was a follower and was easily manipulated by a individuals point of view, a girl named Miranda is a prime example of this. Miranda manipulated Michael through drugs and sex to make him follow her and her wrong notions.After getting sent to prison and released I believe he is still trying to find who he is, and what is his calling. Michael also feels guilty because after his girlfriends murder he was the last person that saw her, so now he is trying to understand what happened to cause her murder.

I dont think i have found my "calling" yet because im just 17 and I have not experienced life enough to no what I am here to do. I am on my way to what I want to do but the world might have different plans for me.
